Epoxy Floors Project at Mawna | Falcon Solution Limited

Falcon Solution Limited is now working on a huge epoxy floor project at Mawna, which consists of around 100,000 sq ft of industrial area. This ongoing project has reached 40% completion, while the remaining 60% will be done in future phases.

The following work has been done up till now:

- Surface Inspection and Preparation

- Mechanical Grinding

- Repair of Cracks and Joints

- Primer and Base Coat Application of Epoxy

These are important tasks that need to be done before moving forward. Otherwise, the surface may fail to bond properly, and the floor will lack durability.

For the rest of the project, the following steps will be taken:

- Addition of Epoxy Layers

- Self-Leveling Coats, If Needed

- Final Top Coat Application
